West Bay's Saturday options are fewer than Friday's but still varied. Yun's Dim Sum Brunch at Waldorf Astoria West Bay keeps its usual Chinese and Asian menu, Ipanema's Sabadão Brunch at Marriott-Marquis brings South American flavours to the day, and La Spiga's Sabato Lento at W Doha Hotel & Residences keeps things Italian. Trader Vic's After Brunch Flow at Hilton Doha extends the afternoon past the usual brunch hours with a drinks-led format.
