Chicago Rare trades its usual dinner-hour steakhouse energy for a Friday spread built on the room's whole conceit: a Prohibition-era Chicago speakeasy, designed by AvroKO down to the last detail, with a live jazz band and a dance performance running through service.
It's a set menu rather than a buffet, and it plays it straight to the kitchen's actual strength: prime cuts and classic steakhouse technique, with the same Chicago nods (giardiniera, bone marrow, a Chicago-style cheesecake to close) that run through the regular dinner menu, just built into one seated progression instead of an à la carte one.
Set within Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar, on Porto Arabia Drive, with the marina and the Gulf in view past the bar.
