Elevated Brunch at Morimoto is Mondrian Doha’s monthly take on the Friday brunch, built around the Japanese-fusion cooking of Chef Masaharu Morimoto, uns only on the first Friday of each month.
This brunch runs every first Friday of the month, and it's a hybrid rather than a classic buffet. The buffet covers the Japanese classics: maki, sashimi, oysters, spicy tuna maki, and all other kinds of sushi. The hot starters, such as short rib bites, spicy shrimp tempura, and a bao bun are served at the table then come to the table.
