Carbone brings the glamour of its midcentury New York supper club to Al Maha Island, recreating the Italian-American classics that made the name a global icon, now in long, leisurely brunch form.
Expect the signatures served with theatre: spicy rigatoni, veal parmesan, lobster ravioli and linguine vongole, finished with tiramisu and lemon curd cheesecake. A live DJ and a choice of indoor or terrace seating keep the energy high from the first plate to the last.
Set on Al Maha Island, Lusail's dedicated dining-and-entertainment destination, Carbone carries the same retro-luxe interiors and polished, captain-led service as the New York original.
